There's no way of getting the items back. The collateral should be used to cover the value of the items being moved. If you listed a very low collateral on expensive items, then that pilot just kept it to himself.

as i said, if you can collaterlize 1.5B, do so, and you'll get funding within minutes. that's a very strong position to start from trading, in essence doubling your isk. If i were you i'd go for it.
